--no-dry-run | Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation |
--client-token <string> | Unique, case-sensitive identifier you provide to ensure the idempotency of the request. For more information, see Ensuring Idempotency. Constraint: Maximum 128 ASCII characters |
--launch-template-id <string> | The ID of the launch template. You must specify either the launch template ID or launch template name in the request |
--launch-template-name <string> | The name of the launch template. You must specify either the launch template ID or launch template name in the request |
--source-version <string> | The version number of the launch template version on which to base the new version. The new version inherits the same launch parameters as the source version, except for parameters that you specify in LaunchTemplateData. Snapshots applied to the block device mapping are ignored when creating a new version unless they are explicitly included |
--version-description <string> | A description for the version of the launch template |
--launch-template-data <structure> | The information for the launch template |
--cli-input-json <string> | Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by ``--generate-cli-skeleton``. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally |
--generate-cli-skeleton <string> | Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value ``input``, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for ``--cli-input-json``. If provided with the value ``output``, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command |
