aws gamelift update-game-session
Updates the mutable properties of a game session. To update a game session, specify the game session ID and the values you want to change. If successful, the updated GameSession object is returned. --maximum-player-session-count <integer> | The maximum number of players that can be connected simultaneously to the game session |
--name <string> | A descriptive label that is associated with a game session. Session names do not need to be unique |
--player-session-creation-policy <string> | A policy that determines whether the game session is accepting new players |
--protection-policy <string> | Game session protection policy to apply to this game session only. NoProtection -- The game session can be terminated during a scale-down event. FullProtection -- If the game session is in an ACTIVE status, it cannot be terminated during a scale-down event |
--cli-input-json <string> | Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by ``--generate-cli-skeleton``. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally |
--generate-cli-skeleton <string> | Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value ``input``, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for ``--cli-input-json``. If provided with the value ``output``, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command |
