rvm reload

Reload RVM source itself (useful after changing RVM source)

Subcommands

`ree`	Ruby Enterprise Edition
`system`	Use the system ruby (eg. pre-RVM state)
`default`	Use RVM set default ruby and system if it hasn't been set
