aws lightsail create-domain

Creates a domain resource for the specified domain (e.g., example.com). The create domain operation supports tag-based access control via request tags. For more information, see the Lightsail Dev Guide

Options

NameDescription
--domain-name <string>The domain name to manage (e.g., example.com). You cannot register a new domain name using Lightsail. You must register a domain name using Amazon Route 53 or another domain name registrar. If you have already registered your domain, you can enter its name in this parameter to manage the DNS records for that domain
--tags <list>The tag keys and optional values to add to the resource during create. Use the TagResource action to tag a resource after it's created
--cli-input-json <string>Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by ``--generate-cli-skeleton``. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally
--generate-cli-skeleton <string>Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value ``input``, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for ``--cli-input-json``. If provided with the value ``output``, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command
