aws ssm create-ops-metadata
If you create a new application in Application Manager, Systems Manager calls this API action to specify information about the new application, including the application type
Options
Name | Description |
---|---|
--resource-id <string> | A resource ID for a new Application Manager application |
--metadata <map> | Metadata for a new Application Manager application |
--tags <list> | Optional metadata that you assign to a resource. You can specify a maximum of five tags for an OpsMetadata object. Tags enable you to categorize a resource in different ways, such as by purpose, owner, or environment. For example, you might want to tag an OpsMetadata object to identify an environment or target AWS Region. In this case, you could specify the following key-value pairs: Key=Environment,Value=Production Key=Region,Value=us-east-2 |
--cli-input-json <string> | Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by ``--generate-cli-skeleton``. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally |
--generate-cli-skeleton <string> | Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value ``input``, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for ``--cli-input-json``. If provided with the value ``output``, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command |
