Product Manager

Who are we

We're an early stage startup with 100k+ users. They're all developers and most of them use us daily. We're building a lot and growing incredibly quickly.

We're looking for a smart operator with PM / founder experience to come lead new products and growth initiatives to help us achieve product-led growth.

You'll be working very closely with our co-founder & CEO, Brendan, our executive team, and if you'd like, our investors.

What you will do

• work across the whole user funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. 
• lead products like: Environments, Workflows, or Access
• undertake R&D for new products by talking to new and existing users/customers
• manage our launches
• help us close our first $1M in ARR
• set and manage our roadmap
• help us hire our future eng/product/design team
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Strong product background - at least 2 years professional experience, ideally all in dev tools
• Talks fluently about developer tools
  • Do you know what Kubernetes is? Terraform? IAM? A .env file?
• Great communicator (clear, concise, friendly)
• Great organisation (Inbox zero type)
• Data driven - you're comfortable creating analytics dashboards
• Basic familiarity with the shell (bash/zsh/fish), terminals, CLIs

Bonus Points

• Experience as a founder/operator at an early/growth stage tech startup (especially a dev tools startup)
• Background creating content for Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Blogs etc
• Strong familiarity with the shell
• Familiarity with web technologies like typescript, react, html/css
• Great sense of design

Location

For this role, we have a very strong preference for people to be based in San Francisco. If not, we require them to be in the US.
