What you will do

Your core metric: grow Fig's DAUs

  • Your number one goal each month is to make sure Fig is growing daily active users by at least 35% (if not way more)
  • You can use whatever means necessary (other than paid ads) to get this done. Here are a few we recommend:
    • partnerships (with content creators, companies, open source tools, bootcamps)
    • virality (encourage users to share with their team / friends on signups)
    • Social media content (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram etc)
    • SEO content (docs, learning center, blog etc)
    • Events (conferences, meetups, hackathons)
  • You will be in charge of hiring and building the growth team to support your initiatives

Key Qualifications

  • Hustle
  • Great organisation (Inbox zero type)
  • Great communicator (clear, concise, friendly)
  • Experience in sales / business development
  • Basic familiarity with the shell (bash/zsh/fish), terminals, CLIs

Bonus Points

  • Great sense of design
  • Strong familiarity with the shell (e.g. background as a sys admin or using tools like Arch Linux, vim, neovim, emacs)
  • Familiarity with web technologies like typescript, react, html/css
